Your responsibilities:

• Support and further development of existing customers as well as acquisition and retention of new customers on a national and international level for the Distribution division, in particular Consumer Electronics 
• Preparation of quotations and quotation calculations including the preparation of the necessary documents and descriptions as well as consistent tracking and follow-up
• Carrying out customer needs analyses and discussing the market and competitive situation
• Organization and support of customer visits and trade fairs
• Qualified contact person for sophisticated products from the product portfolio of the defined product groups that require explanation 
• Advice and technical support for customers with regard to product features
• Receiving and processing customer complaints

Your professional profile:

• You have a degree (business administration) or commercial training with relevant professional experience in sales
• Experience in supporting (major) customers is a prerequisite
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office and experience in merchandise management systems and CRM modules
• You have experience in the application of the required sales methods and in the (new) acquisition of customers as well as good market knowledge 
• You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, service awareness and empathy as well as a structured, precise, proactive and efficient way of working 
• You are business fluent and have at least a good command of written and spoken English
• You present professionally to customers
• You enjoy working in a team, show initiative in your daily work and want to make a difference
