Logistics coordinator/forwarding agent (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
Central contact person for domestic and international purchasing, warehouse and sales logistics
Operational management of processes as well as an ongoing analysis and optimization of inventory flow processes
Support of and contribution to the inventory flow processes in the areas of logistics, sales and purchasing
Responsible for the escalation management for customers and suppliers
Expansion and further development of the logistics department
Development and creation of logistics tendering and project business
Negotiating contracts in the areas of warehouse and freight logistics
Monitoring and analyzing the warehouse and freight insurance policies as well as interface with the insurers
Your professional profile:
Completed apprenticeship as forwarding agent or another commercial apprenticeship (corresponding work experience in the logistics sector beneficial)
High degrees of customer focus, service awareness and empathy
Structured, precise, proactive and efficient way of working
Very good management and coordination skills, good logistical thinking skills and spatial imagination
Good grasp of computing tools and very good English language skills
Self-starter, motivated and enjoys teamwork
